About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Triage Nurse. This role is essential in ensuring smooth patient communication and office operations.

Requirements

• Current and valid LPN license .
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in triage or clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone triage for the office, assessing patient needs and providing appropriate guidance.
• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Float and assist with various duties throughout the office as needed.
• Conduct nurse visits and provide patient care in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Perform lab work , including specimen collection and processing.
