Requirements

• Must possess at a minimum, a nursing degree from an accredited college or be a graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Two years acute-care clinical experience preferred
• Current license in the state of Colorado required
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Meet, intake and assess patients to determine the extent of their injury/illness
• Provide education to patients and families when necessary
• Manage and communicate with patients in the waiting room
• Communicate status of patients to doctors and nurses
