HDR is looking for a Senior Construction Consultant to join our national Trenchless Services team. This role will report to the Trenchless Services Engineering Lead, having primary responsibilities supporting the execution of design and field services associated with trenchless services: engineering, design, and construction applications. In the role of Senior Trenchless Construction Consultant, we'll count on you to provide construction oversight for trenchless installations, conduct constructability reviews of trenchless engineering efforts, and conduct daily reviews of deliverables for trenchless construction activities. You will also conduct site visits during preliminary engineering efforts, conduct route assessments for trenchless aspects of pipeline siting and routing efforts, and oversee trenchless construction oversight activities. Additionally, you will interface with clients to support business development for trenchless services, take responsibility for subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control, and prepare the Project Management Plan of Construction Management Plan. Your role will also involve developing procedures for executing construction contract administration, performing additional construction management activities, administering and managing construction activities, and monitoring progress of the overall design as related to construction requirements.
