HDR is looking for a Senior Construction Consultant to join our national Trenchless Services team. This role will report to the Trenchless Services Engineering Lead, having primary responsibilities supporting the execution of design and field services associated with trenchless services: engineering, design, and construction applications. In the role of Senior Trenchless Construction Consultant, we'll count on you to provide construction oversight for trenchless installations, conduct constructability reviews of trenchless engineering efforts, and conduct daily reviews of deliverables for trenchless construction activities. You will also conduct site visits during preliminary engineering efforts, conduct route assessments for trenchless aspects of pipeline siting and routing efforts, and oversee trenchless construction oversight activities, including coordinating staffing and developing/reviewing construction management scopes. Additionally, you will interface with clients to support business development for trenchless services and take responsibility for subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control. Your role will also involve preparing the Project Management Plan of Construction Management Plan, developing procedures for executing construction contract administration, and performing additional construction management activities such as development procurement, construction schedules, and project construction performance presentations.
