About The Position

The position performs a variety of tasks, such as weeding, pruning, trimming, and general plant maintenance. This position also assists with planting and cultivating nursery stock.

• Working knowledge of lawn maintenance and landscaping procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment while performing daily maintenance and landscape duties.
• Plant and cultivate trees, shrubs and nursery stock.
• Transplant and move trees, shrubs and other plant material.
• Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment when and where required.
• Comply and enforce compliance with company safety policies and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
• Assist other departments, when requested, such as Landfill, Operations, Ranch, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
