About The Position

At Design Tree Maintenance, we are searching for a driven, full-time Tree Crew Lead to join our award-winning team in Phoenix, AZ. With pay ranging from $180 to $375 per day, depending on experience, plus generous benefits. This includes:

We're also looking for someone with managerial experience or team lead experience. You don't have to be a Tree Foreman, just someone who has experience in being a lead.

Requirements

• A proactive leader who takes ownership and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
• 3-5 years leading a team of employees in any industry
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Leadership Style: Intentional, safety‑first, hands‑on, and accountable-comfortable mentoring while actively working
• Readiness: You're ready to go now. We'll provide targeted training where needed, but you arrive with a strong foundation

Responsibilities

• Review job plans and ensuring your crew is prepared for success.
• Climb, trim, and remove trees with precision and safety at the forefront.
• Share your expertise, coach team members, and help them grow in their roles.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and deliver top-tier service.
• Maintain equipment, enforce safety protocols, and guarantee every job meets our high standards.
