About The Position

At Design Tree Maintenance, we are searching for a driven, full-time Tree Crew Lead to join our award-winning team in Phoenix, AZ. With pay ranging from $180 to $375 per day , depending on experience, plus generous benefits . Requirements

A proactive leader who takes ownership and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
3-5 years leading a team of employees in any industry
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Leadership Style: Intentional, safety‑first, hands‑on, and accountable-comfortable mentoring while actively working
Readiness: You're ready to go now. We'll provide targeted training where needed, but you arrive with a strong foundation

Responsibilities

Begin each day by reviewing job plans and ensuring your crew is prepared for success.
Climb, trim, and remove trees with precision and safety at the forefront.
Share your expertise, coach team members, and help them grow in their roles.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and deliver top-tier service.
Maintain equipment, enforce safety protocols, and guarantee every job meets our high standards.
