About The Position

Arborist Enterprises is looking to hire an experienced Tree Climber professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of relatable experience and a natural love for the outdoors. The individual in this role must have a vested interest to help our clients maintain and beautify trees and shrubs throughout their landscape. This role is primarily responsible for upholding company standards in safety, pruning, climbing, and removal of trees on both residential and commercial properties. Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of relatable experience with a natural love for the outdoors.
• Possess and maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• Ability to pass company-issued substance, physical, and background screenings.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, year-round.
• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays when requested.

Responsibilities

• Strict adherence to all company safety protocols and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as instructed.
• Demonstrate proper use of safe and various tree climbing techniques.
• Consistently execute simple to advanced technical tree removals.
• Consistently execute simple to advanced crane tree removals.
• Perform small and large tree care pruning.
• Prepare, maintain, and safely operate all tools and equipment.
• Adhere to company cleanup and removal processes.
• Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism when working on a customer's property with company equipment.
• Obtain and keep current all job-related skill and safety certifications.
• Be a team player and supporting member of the General Tree Care team.
