About The Position

This full-time position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of tree culture performed within all client’s associated with Wright Outdoor Solutions. Requirements

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Prior climbing experience
Pesticide Applicator License (3OT) Required
Ability to operate and service all required tools and equipment
Must have the ability to be proactive, plan ahead and problem solve to minimize disruption, errors, risks and to keep project on-task, within budget and on-schedule
Must have valid First-Aid and CPR cards or be willing to obtain one
If no prior experience, willing to learn how to properly and safely use related tools to perform essential job functions
Ability to push, pull, reach, climb, kneel, lift (up to 75 lbs.) and walk for extended periods of time
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read and complete daily paperwork
Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors

Nice To Haves

Prior experience operating equipment is preferred
