About The Position

The Tree Climber position at SavATree involves working as part of the General Tree Care Team to provide high-quality tree care services. This role focuses on maintaining and preserving the health of clients' landscapes through various tree care practices, including climbing, pruning, and safety operations. Team members will work outdoors, visiting beautiful properties and ensuring excellent service to clients while operating necessary equipment safely.

Requirements

• Experience with proper pruning practices for large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species and understand their characteristics.
• Ability to climb trees without spurs.
• Experience with tree care safety standards.
• Practical knowledge of chainsaw and equipment operation.
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket truck).
• Valid U.S. driver's license; CDL is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
