We are seeking a motivated General Tree Care Worker to support our growing tree care division. This role involves hands-on outdoor work, customer interaction, and opportunities to learn new skills through on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Ability to work 8-hour days or more as needed, year-round
• Commitment to contributing to a profitable and growing tree care division
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Desire to have fun, work hard, and make money

Responsibilities

• General tree care, pruning, tree removal, cabling, crane work
• Safe operation of equipment and tools
• Use of LMN for job tracking and workflow
• Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite
• Providing excellent customer service
• Supporting the continued growth and profitability of the tree care division
