The Treaty Developer develops, designs, and produces reinsurance treaties of the highest complexity which include advanced reinsurance concepts. This role ensures that the treaties accurately reflect the reinsurance agreement provisions negotiated between RGA Re and its clients. The developer will evaluate client-prepared documents and initiate necessary recommendations for change, as well as perform peer reviews for documents prepared by other associates for quality and accuracy.
