Requirements
- Previous medical or dental office experience preferred
- Experience in scheduling, patient coordination, or treatment planning highly valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfort with electronic record systems
- A true team player with flexibility and a commitment to excellence in patient care
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Center’s clinical schedule, coordinating prosthodontists, surgeons, clinical assistants, and lab technicians
- Ensure patients and prospective patients receive a world-class experience, from greeting to treatment
- Maintain operational efficiency through precise scheduling and communication with the clinical and administrative teams
- Manage the patient intake process, including forms, record scanning, and check-in/out procedures
- Set clear expectations for patients regarding wait times and next steps
- Support the General Manager with administrative duties such as deposits, reconciliations, and reporting
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area
- Demonstrate problem-solving and multitasking skills to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the Center’s success
