Responsibilities
- Lead the way in wound care—assessing, treating, and tracking healing progress
- Administer treatments and medications with precision and care
- Partner with physicians and the care team to create and adjust treatment plans
- Keep accurate, timely documentation (because details matter)
- Be an advocate for residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity
- Educate residents and families so they feel confident and informed
