About The Position
As a Treatment Nurse at Westview Healthcare, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering specialized treatment and wound care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing and evaluating residents' skin and wound conditions. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Administering wound care treatments and monitoring their effectiveness. Educating residents and their families on wound care and prevention. Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress.
Requirements
- Current nursing license (RN or LVN).
- Proven experience in wound care and treatment nursing.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in wound care is a plus.
