Oak Glen Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Part-Time Treatment Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. Requirements
- Current and active California LVN license
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality care
Nice To Haves
- Previous wound care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide wound care and treatment services as prescribed by physicians
- Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care
- Educate residents and families on treatment plans and healing progress
- Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
