Requirements

  • Current and active California LVN license
  • Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality care

Nice To Haves

  • Previous wound care or skilled nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide wound care and treatment services as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care
  • Educate residents and families on treatment plans and healing progress
  • Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
