About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of Cleveland, a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is seeking a caring LPN to deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents. You will supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Requirements

• Possess an Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
