Ensure staff documentation is at 80% or above. Attend and direct weekly multidisciplinary team meetings. Number of grievances/maltreatment reports is no greater than 1 per month. 100% Training Compliance. Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Functions) Plans, directs and coordinates mental health services. Provides clinical direction, and education to staff Provides consultative guidance to staff regarding approach and services. Creating a sense of community and team among program staff and recipients. Overseeing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans and supporting client progress toward goals. Hiring and training staff. Managing team performance and program staffing schedules. Provide guidance to staff by evaluating recipient development plans and making recommendations. Facilitating clinical supervision meetings. Consulting on solutions for confidential or highly sensitive projects.
