About The Position

Our Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for managing patient treatment plans, scheduling appointments, explaining treatment options, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This position acts as a liaison between the dentist, the dental team, and patients to ensure clear communication and high-quality care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with dental terminology and procedures
• Dental Insurance experience is required
• Open Dental experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Present and explain dental treatment plans to patients, including the recommended procedures, associated costs, and insurance coverage.
• Answer questions and clarify any concerns about the treatment process.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments for treatments, follow-ups, and consultations.
• Ensure that patients are aware of pre-treatment instructions and aftercare requirements.
• Assist the front office team as needed
