About The Position

The Treatment Coordinator at Smile Doctors plays a crucial role in educating new patients about treatment options, managing financial arrangements, and fostering strong relationships with patients. This position is integral to ensuring a smooth patient experience from initial consultation through treatment, while also supporting local marketing efforts and community engagement.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Educate new patients regarding available treatment options.
  • Work out financial arrangements with patients.
  • Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment.
  • Overcome objections from patients regarding treatment plans.
  • Understand the practice's policy on financials to educate patients on payment options.
  • Work on pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
  • Prepare for patient exams.
  • Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment and keep schedules full.
  • Coordinate patients referred to specialists for care prior to treatment as necessary.
  • Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
