Responsibilities

• Handle all front desk duties including answering telephones and checking in and out patients.
• Make appointments and accurately input patient information.
• Verify dental and medical benefits, including knowledge of INN and OON benefits processes.
• Scan and send letters to doctors and upload x-rays and documents into patient charts.
• Act as a liaison for referral offices and the dental team.
• Assist in treatment planning and respond to patient inquiries via text message platforms.
• Calculate insurance and patient co-payments, ensuring attention to detail.
