Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office.
- Familiarity with complex cases like implants, bone grafts, bridges, and crowns.
- Must have insurance verification experience and be comfortable explaining to patients.
- Ability to explain treatment details confidently and compassionately.
- Skilled at managing busy schedules and keeping everything on track.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of dental office software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule advanced dental procedures (implants, bone grafts, bridges, crowns).
- Clearly explain treatment plans and answer patient questions with empathy and expertise.
- Assist patients in obtaining third-party financing and explore available options.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and support the clinical team with preparation and follow-up.
- Deliver exceptional service and contribute to the success of the office.
