Requirements

Prior experience in a leadership/management role is a must
Experience with treatment coordination is required
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes
Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
Understanding of the billing and appeals process
Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
Typing/Data Entry Skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented demeanor
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize workload to achieve set timelines/goals
Ability to travel in the local area is mandatory - Clifton Park and East Greenbush
