About The Position

In this role, you will guide patients through treatment plans and help them confidently move forward. You will build trust through strong communication and a great patient experience, follow up with patients and keep schedules full, help patients maximize insurance and understand financial options, and play a key role in practice growth and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Guide patients through treatment plans, helping them confidently move forward and presenting them clearly.
- Build trust through strong communication and deliver an exceptional patient experience every time.
- Conduct patient follow-ups and schedule appointments to keep schedules full.
- Help patients maximize insurance benefits and understand financial options, including verifying and optimizing benefits and reducing outstanding balances through clear expectations.
- Play a key role in practice growth and patient satisfaction.
