Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience required as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental front office leadership role (preferred).
  • Dental office experience required ,cosmetic experience a plus+
  • Proven leadership and team mentorship skills.
  • Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding treatment acceptance goals.
  • Proficiency in dental billing and insurance; Open Dental experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

  • Treatment coordination processes across the practice, ensuring smooth scheduling and appointment flow.
  • Oversee accurate and timely billing, insurance verification, and claims processing.
  • Manage patient scheduling for all dental services and coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and warmth.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, financial options, and next steps with clarity and empathy.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with practice standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the dental team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
