We are looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our office! Our treatment coordinators present treatment plans and financial estimates, collect copays and payments, schedule patient appointments, and follow up on existing outstanding patient balances. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM We offer full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and generous paid time off (PTO).

Requirements

• Prior experience in dental office & treatment coordination required
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and insurance
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage schedules efficiently

Nice To Haves

• Prior working experience with Dentrix highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and ensure they feel welcome
• Present and explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and professionally
• Answer patient questions and provide support throughout their dental care journey
• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups to keep patients on track with their treatment
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth scheduling and case management
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financing options
