You’ll play an important role in ensuring our patients not only understand their care but also feel supported every step of the way. This position is perfect for someone who’s worked in a dental front office and knows how to bring both empathy and precision to every patient interaction.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator (Assistant OM or senior front office experience a plus).
Confident discussing treatment and financial details with professionalism and warmth.
Strong multitasking, communication, and organization skills.
A patient-first mindset — you take time to make people feel heard and understood.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities

Present treatment plans with clarity and care, helping patients feel confident about moving forward.
Manage scheduling, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain communication between patients and the clinical team.
Verify insurance, review estimates, and help patients understand their financial options.
Work alongside doctors, hygienists, and front office teammates to deliver an experience that feels seamless and professional.
Approach each day with positivity and pride in representing Midtown Dentistry’s standard of care.
