About The Position

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a well-established, team-oriented general dental practice in Bow, NH to find an experienced and upbeat Treatment Coordinator. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of general dentistry experience (flexible for the right candidate)
• Treatment coordinating experience required
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Able to stay on track in a fast-paced, interruption-heavy environment
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor
• Must love dogs 🐾 (office has a friendly yellow lab!)

Nice To Haves

• Clinical experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Review insurance benefits and coordinate with insurance companies
• Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements
• Answer phones and provide excellent patient service
• Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
• Support team operations and assist where needed
