About The Position
Absolute Dental is the largest dental group in Nevada with 45+ locations and continued growth statewide. We are expanding our teams in Reno and Sparks and looking for experienced Treatment Coordinators who want long term stability, advancement opportunities, and a career they can grow in. If you are confident, organized, and strong in patient communication, we want to meet you. This is a key front office role that directly impacts patient trust, case acceptance, and overall office success. This posting represents current and upcoming Treatment Coordinator opportunities within Reno and Sparks. When a location specific opening becomes available, qualified candidates will be contacted directly by our Talent Team.
Requirements
- Dental front office experience required
- Experience with treatment planning and dental insurance
- Comfortable discussing financial arrangements
- Strong organization and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and presenting treatment plans clearly
- Explaining insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
- Discussing payment options confidently
- Coordinating scheduling and supporting office flow
- Ensuring patients feel informed and comfortable moving forward with care
