Requirements

• Have experience in a medical or dental office (preferred)
• Have worked as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong communication and patient‑education skills
• Understanding of dental terminology and insurance basics
• Compassionate, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love working with children and families!
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Higher education preferred)
• Tech-Savvy - Proficient with modern office software
• Multitasking - Juggle tasks with finesse under pressure
• Customer Service - Commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans in patient-friendly language
• Review insurance estimates and discuss payment options
• Build trust with patients and guide them through treatment decisions
• Coordinate multi-step treatment plans
• Track pending treatment and follow up with patients
• Support the clinical team by ensuring accurate documentation and communication
