As our Treatment Coordinator, you serve as the bridge between the patient and the clinical team, guiding patients through understanding, accepting, and moving forward with their recommended dental care. Your responsibilities center on communication, education, financial coordination, and case acceptance. Present and explain treatment plans in patient-friendly language Review insurance estimates and discuss payment options Build trust with patients and guide them through treatment decisions Coordinate multi-step treatment plans Track pending treatment and follow up with patients Support the clinical team by ensuring accurate documentation and communication Remember, your attention to detail and patient-centric approach contribute significantly to our practice’s success! 🦷💼

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (Higher education preferred)
Tech-Savvy - Proficient with modern office software
Multitasking - Juggle tasks with finesse under pressure
Customer Service - Commitment to excellence

Nice To Haves

Have experience in a medical or dental office (preferred)
Have worked as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role
Strong communication and patient‑education skills
Understanding of dental terminology and insurance basics
Compassionate, organized, and detail‑oriented
