About The Position

Henderson Oral Surgery is seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and our clinical team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the treatment process.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a dental or medical office, preferably in oral surgery or specialty practice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex treatment plans and financial information clearly.
Proficient with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients, providing a warm and professional first impression.
Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and compassionately.
Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments and follow-ups in collaboration with clinical staff.
Assist patients with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and payment arrangements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with patients to address questions, concerns, and ensure understanding of treatment plans.
Work closely with oral surgeons and clinical team to facilitate seamless patient care.
Promote patient compliance and satisfaction through excellent customer service.
