Your Role: The Experience Multiplier As Treatment & Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be both the welcoming front line of the practice.

Requirements

• 2+ years of working in a dental practice
• Strong organizational and tech skills
• Ability to bring energy to the team and inspire others to step up
• High-energy, outgoing, and naturally wired to connect with others
• Confident multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Independent and self-starting—no hand-holding needed
• Great under pressure, resilient, and cool-headed
• Communicates with clarity, kindness, and professionalism
• Obsessed with follow-through and execution
• Open-minded and adaptable (super rigid folks won’t thrive here)

Responsibilities

• Be the first and best impression—on the phone and in person
• Problem-solve like a pro when things get busy or messy
• Translate treatment plans into clear, confident conversations
• Execute systems and SOPs to keep the practice humming
• Work closely with the dentist and team to align with the bigger vision
• Keep the schedule flowing (even on those tricky days)
