Requirements
- Previous dental front office or clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to explain treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
- Customer service-focused mindset
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Review treatment recommendations with families and explain treatment goals
- Present treatment plans clearly and answer questions about procedures and timelines
- Discuss insurance benefits, payment options, and assist with financial coordination
- Schedule treatment appointments and manage treatment plan logistics
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the patient’s care experience
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
