We’re looking for an experienced and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and ready to help patients navigate their dental care confidently.

Requirements

• Previous dental office experience is highly preferred
• Experience with insurance verification and treatment plan presentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, motivated team player with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and eager to grow

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Open Dental (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments
• Present treatment plans with clarity and confidence
• Verify dental insurance and coordinate benefits
• Check patients out and collect payments
• Answer phones and support front desk operations
