We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator who loves building relationships, communicating clearly, and helping patients make confident decisions about their care.
Requirements
- 1+ year in a dental front office or treatment coordinator role (CareStack a plus)
- Understanding of cosmetic, restorative, and surgical dentistry
- Strong communication, organization, and rapport-building skills
- Growth-minded, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience
- Dental assisting experience and/or CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Review insurance estimates, payment options, and financing (including CareCredit)
- Coordinate efficiently with clinical and front office teams
- Build lasting, trust-based relationships as the patient’s main point of contact
- Support accurate record-keeping and production goals
