The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating patient care by coordinating treatment plans, presenting options clearly, and managing scheduling for oral surgery procedures. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of oral surgery, and knowledge of dental insurance processes. Front Office Receptionist

Requirements

Proven experience in treatment planning and presenting treatment plans in a dental or oral surgery setting.
Strong knowledge of oral surgery procedures and terminology.
Experience with oral surgery scheduling and patient coordination.
Familiarity with dental insurance policies, claims, and pre-authorization processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Must be local and able to commute daily
Working on-site is essential to the function of this position.
Must be able to stand up to 80% of the time at minimum.
Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, turning, standing, bending, walking, hearing, reading, writing, and keyboarding, may lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, ensuring clear understanding of procedures and options.
Coordinate and schedule oral surgery appointments efficiently to optimize patient flow and provider availability.
Collaborate closely with oral surgeons, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Assist patients with dental insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and understanding of coverage related to oral surgery treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to treatment plans and scheduling.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
