About The Position

As the Treatment Coordinator (TC) at Impact Oral Surgery you'll control the new patient flow of the practice. The TC plays a vital role in customer relations and service. The Treatment Coordinator's goal is to capture new patients and retain the existing patients through quality customer care. This is a position where you will be selling treatment plans and services to clients who have come into the clinic for treatment consultations. You must be an energetic individual with the ability to understand all aspects of the treatment plan and explain it to the patient. Qualities needed to be successful in this role Someone with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs. Overall, someone who is respectful to fellow team members, patients, and the Doctor and is genuinely outgoing and kind. If you offer all this and more, then we would love to meet you. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the new patient/parent/guardian understands the treatment.
  • Presents the fees for services and provides payment options to the client.
  • Conveys a positive image of the practice.
