About The Position
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the front office guiding patients through their care journey. This position requires recent dental treatment coordination experience and strong expertise in presenting treatment plans, verifying insurance, and supporting case acceptance in a fast-paced dental office.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment planning
- Proven ability to present treatment plans and drive case acceptance
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar practice management systems
- Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Recent experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator within the last 5 years required
- Previous experience in a dental office role such as Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or similar
- Flexibility to support varying schedules, including evenings or weekends based on office needs
- Openness to rotating between office locations when needed
- Schedule may vary by location and office needs

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
