The Treatment Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for patients, families, and the public, ensuring they are greeted and assisted in a professional and supportive manner. This role plays a critical part in supporting a positive patient experience by coordinating patient admissions and transitions across levels of care. Additionally, the Treatment Coordinator provides administrative support to treatment teams and ensures the timely distribution and completion of treatment plan assessments and patient engagement surveys
