Jensen Orthodontics is seeking a dependable, professional, and friendly Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is based across two offices in Plano, TX, and is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, communicates confidently, and is skilled at helping families understand their orthodontic options.
Requirements
- Experience in orthodontic, dental, or medical front office preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation to work between both Plano locations
- Flexible, coachable, and able to take direction well
Responsibilities
- Welcome new patients and guide them through their orthodontic journey
- Present treatment plans and clearly explain financial options
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and new patient consultations
- Support both the clinical and front office teams as needed
- Complete tasks assigned by the doctor or office manager
