Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Saturday 8-5, 9-6, 7-3

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Present and explain dental treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner
• Educate patients on recommended procedures, insurance benefits, and financial options
• Maximize case acceptance through effective communication and follow-up
• Coordinate treatment scheduling to support production and patient convenience
• Partner closely with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Track and follow up on unscheduled or pending treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient and financial documentation
