Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Treatment Coordinator with at least 2 years of dental experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face guiding patients through their treatment plans, helping them understand their options, and ensuring a seamless financial process. Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice, preferably in treatment coordination or a similar role.
- A bubbly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance plans.
- Proficiency in dental software systems (experience with [system name, e.g., Open Dental] is a plus).
- A genuine passion for helping patients and making a difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease during their visit.
- Present treatment plans clearly and professionally, ensuring patients understand their options and feel confident about their care.
- Discuss financial arrangements, including insurance benefits and payment options.
- Track and follow up on outstanding treatment cases to maximize patient care and case acceptance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our practice management system.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to provide a smooth patient experience.
