Omaha Orthodontics is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing orthodontic team. Preferred candidates will be a team-oriented person with experience working with others, strong customer service skills, and x-ray certification. Also, having experience in an orthodontic office setting, and being excited to work in a positive and fun work environment is a plus! Requirements

  • At least 1 year of treatment coordinating experience is required
  • be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
  • possess great understanding of dental terminology
  • have excellent communication and written skills
  • have excellent public relations skills
  • work well with patients and team
  • be experienced in delivering high-level customer service
  • Committed to the position arriving on time daily and staying late as needed.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and creating a connection with new patients
  • Taking Orthodontic Records
  • Reviewing treatment plans with patients and parents
  • Discussing and finalizing financial contracts and insurance benefits with patients
  • Performing friendly and professional communication via phone, email, and text messaging
  • All follow up communication with patients and their dentist
  • Taking patient records including digital photographs and intraoral scans
