About The Position

Our fast-growing, patient-focused dental practice is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) dental professional to train as our Treatment Coordinator. With a strong personality, great energy, and a natural ability to connect with people. No Treatment Coordinator experience required — we will train the right person. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and ability to guide patients with confidence. A backfround as a Dental Front Desk or Dental Assistant would be perfect. This is not just a desk job — it’s a people-focused, sales-driven role where you’ll help patients feel confident moving forward with their treatment. Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable discussing money
• Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset
• Career-driven and looking for long-term growth
• Willing to get X-Ray license

Nice To Haves

• Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Clearly explain treatment plans in a way patients understand
• Help patients say “yes” to the care they need
• Discuss payment options and guide financial decisions
• Coordinate appointments and follow up with patients
