As our Specialty Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for patients looking to book their follow up appointments and General Anesthesia cases to complete their dental treatment. Your mission? Make the booking and financing process smooth, clear, and stress-free!

Requirements

2+ years experience working in a dental office as financial/treatment coordinator
Strong knowledge of insurance coordination (HMO & Denti-Cal)
Willing to work 2 Saturdays/month
Friendly, great communicator, detail-oriented, and organized
Experience with PEDO/OS/ORTHO

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments + collect insurance co-payments
Present treatment plans in a warm, easy-to-understand way
Help with insurance coverage + financial arrangements
Work closely with our doctors + team for top-tier care
Follow up with patients and answer questions with kindness
Educate families about General anesthesia and quality pediatric dentistry procedures
Handle concerns with empathy and professionalism
