Hiring Bonus This position offers a hiring bonus of $2,500.00. The payment of this bonus is dependent upon active employment in good standing at each payout. The hiring bonus payment structure is $1,000.00 at 30-days and $1,500.00 at 6-months of employment. The Treatment Coordinator also ensures service delivery is individualized, appropriate to need, child centered, family focused, culturally competent, strengths based, and goal driven.

Requirements

  • Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance.
  • Clearances.
  • State Police/FBI clearance per state regulation; Child and Adult Abuse Registry clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Assess each child’s needs in all life domains and develop treatment plan goals.
  • Provide ongoing advocacy and support for the child’s educational needs.
  • Initiate and coordinate therapeutic services when appropriate.
  • Make regular contact with each youth to assess safety and well-being.
