About The Position
La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, we have provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico. Our mission statement speaks to what La Clinica de Familia stands for, which is to empower and enrich families, individuals, and communities by providing quality medical, dental, behavioral health, and educational services for people of all cultures. The Treatment Coordinator's responsibilities include the provision of case management services to a maximum of eight (8) TFC clients, in addition to regular support and technical assistance to the TFC parents in their implementation of the client's treatment plan. The Treatment Coordinator may also assist with training of new TFC parents, conducting home visits, and writing home study reports.
