We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Treatment Advocate to join our Residential Treatment Center. This role is ideal for individuals with strong behavioral health experience who are passionate about providing high-quality support, maintaining clear boundaries, and serving as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team. Position Summary: The Treatment Advocate plays a central role in the day-to-day support and oversight of clients within our program. This position manages a significant portion of each client's direct care needs, ensuring consistency, safety, therapeutic engagement, and adherence to individualized treatment plans. Treatment Advocates serve as the primary link between clients and the clinical team, modeling professionalism, emotional stability, and recovery-oriented principles. This is more than an observational role — it is a professional therapeutic support position requiring excellent communication skills, maturity, compassion, and the ability to maintain boundaries while fostering trust and rapport. Work schedules available: Day shift: 8am to 4:30pm Afternoon shift: 4pm to 12:30am
