About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Treater Operator to join our textile or materials manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of yarn processing equipment, with a strong focus on creeling and doffing duties. This role ensures continuous machine operation, proper material handling, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor yarn processing equipment including twisting, cabling, knitting, air entangling, and treating machines
• Creeling: Load and thread yarn or materials into the creel efficiently, following job specifications
• Doffing: Remove full yarn packages (bobbins, tubes, etc.) from machines according to the doff schedule
• Load raw materials into the creel and verify specifications and merge numbers match the production order
• Handle and store hazardous materials (including chemicals used in treatment processes) in accordance with safety protocols
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring safe material flow and storage
